Where to Park:
Please DO NOT park in the church parking lots across the street from Methodist Rehab in Ridgeland and avoid parking at the Methodist Rehab parking lot as that will be used by our Food Partners. We are asking all volunteers to park in the parking lot behind the office buildings diagonally across the street from Methodist Rehab. See map for clarification.
What time to show up?
See below for the Volunteer activities as well as the time time to try to show up for them. Once you arrive, look for the Volunteer sign to check-in.
April 9th, Thursday, at the Lily Pad
- Race Packet Stuffing - Raisin Canes served at 5:30 p.m. / Start stuffing packets at 6 pm
April 10th, Friday, at the Lily Pad
- Packet Pick-up - 10:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
April 11th, Saturday, at the green space in front of Methodist Rehab in Ridgeland
- Set-Up Help (12:30 p.m.)
- Registration / Packet -Pickup (2:15 p.m.)
- Race Course Monitor (5 p.m.)
- Trash Clean-up, monitor/replenish drinks (5:00 p.m.)
- Finish line/food row, replenish drinks at Pepsi Tent (5:00 p.m.)
- Clean-Up / Take Down (7:00 p.m.)
